The glutes are the biggest muscle in the body & the powerhouse of our lower body. This class focuses on building and strengthening our booty to improve posture, reduce back pain & look great in our jeans or shorts this summer. Toddler friendly!

About the event
Butts are the powerhouse of our lower body. Often in pregnancy we loose our booty when we shift our center of gravity and those tucked tail bones lead to under active glutes.
In this 1 hour class we will focus on strength training while maintaining proper alignment & ensuring we stretch out the over tight muscles helping with the imbalance.
Open to all stages of motherhood, including pregnant Mamas.
Toddlers + Kiddos welcome.
6 Week Series
This series is 6 weeks of 1 hour classes on Thursdays starting at 9:30. Classes run: June 13, June 20, June 27, July 4, July 11, and July 18.
