About the event

Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed and suffer from fatigue, anxiety and brain fog? If so, this workshop is for you!

We will be deep-diving into this common syndrome to talk about what it is, what to do about it and how you can reclaim your health post-birth. Dr. Oscar Serrallach has researched and coined the term 'Postnatal Depletion' and shares that it occurs in a third to half of Mothers, and is characterized by fluctuating feelings of depression and anxiety and symptoms occurring in the physical realm, including exhaustion, hormonal issues (adrenal and thyroid), and other signs of stress, such as hair loss, skin laxity and digestive issues, among other things. Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, and Depletion are a combination of biology, psychology, neurology, and endocrinology (hormones) but to varying degrees. It is not uncommon for women with postnatal depletion to be misdiagnosed with either Depression or Anxiety. Also not uncommon for women with ongoing Postnatal Depletion to slide into Depression or Anxiety.

In this workshop, you will learn: - what Postnatal Depletion is - what you can do about it - simple steps to reclaim your health
